After graduating from UEA, I worked in advertising, PR & then marketing. I was Sponsorship Manager at Sony PlayStation for several years and so am very aware of the pressure of working in a corporate environment. I then took a career break to have my children and decided to retrain as a therapist. I now run a busy practice in Ealing and also have several corporate clients. My previous jobs in the media have given me a good understanding of the stresses of contemporary office life. This has allowed me to develop bespoke stress management and well-being programmes for each of our corporate clients.

Since 2000 I have been practising as a midwife at Queen Charlottes and Chelsea Hospital. I am a qualified reflexologist and masseuse specialising in pregnancy and the postnatal period. As a specialist in maternity reflexology I have treated over 300 women, drawing on my experience as a midwife to answer questions and give advice throughout their pregnancies. As a midwife I have a strong interest in natural birth and by the use of reflexology, massage and essential oils I aim to help women give birth as comfortably and as naturally as possible.
